Yes (but vary according to design). Leave us a note upon check out. Kindly indicate your preferred length in cm. We will send an confirmation text if strap can be shorten.

What happen if my bag purchased from MBL is damaged?
We provide in-house servicing, however, it vary according to condition. Kindly bring down the bag (if possible, a proof of purchase) to our outlet at Jem, #04-04. We will advice you accordingly.

Do you provide bag repair service for bags purchased outside?
Unfortunately, no. We only provide bag repair service for bags purchased from MBL.
